O Imposto Predial e Territorial Urbano (IPTU) de Palmas para o ano de 2025 manterá a data de vencimento, conforme o calendário fiscal, com prazo para pagamento até 15 de março de 2025, à vista ou em até 10 parcelas. A Secretaria Municipal de Finanças (Sefin) informa que está concluindo o lançamento do IPTU e prevê que os boletos estarão disponíveis para contribuinte no site oficial da Prefeitura até 1º de fevereiro. Para imóveis edificados, a entrega pelos Correios deverá ocorrer até o dia 10 de março.
Descontos para pagamento à vista
Contribuintes que optarem pelo pagamento integral até o vencimento poderão obter descontos de até 30%. Esse percentual é composto por:
• 10% de desconto pelo pagamento à vista;
• 10% para contribuintes com todos os tributos em dia (adimplência);
• Até 10% para quem converteu créditos da Nota Palmense Premiada até 30 de novembro de 2024.
Já quem optar pelo parcelamento não terá o desconto de 10% pelo pagamento à vista, mas poderá usufruir dos outros dois benefícios, dependendo do cumprimento dos critérios.
Correção inflacionária
Diferentemente de um aumento, a Prefeitura esclarece que a correção aplicada ao IPTU é exclusivamente inflacionária, de 4,87%, conforme o Índice de Preços ao Consumidor Amplo (IPCA) divulgado pelo IBGE, seguindo o que determina a legislação. A Taxa de Coleta de Lixo e a Contribuição de Iluminação Pública também sofreram apenas a mesma atualização inflacionária.
Emissão de boletos
A previsão da Sefin é que os boletos estejam disponíveis para consulta e impressão no site oficial da Prefeitura a partir do dia 1º de fevereiro de 2025. Para imóveis edificados, os documentos serão entregues pelos Correios até 10 de março. O contribuinte também poderá se dirigir a uma das três unidades do Resolve Palmas para impressão do boleto ou negociação de dívidas.
Segundo o titular da Sefin, Glauber Santana, a iniciativa reforça o compromisso da Prefeitura de Palmas em manter a regularidade do calendário fiscal e assegurar que as atualizações nos tributos sejam realizadas de forma transparente, seguindo os índices oficiais de inflação.
Horários de funcionamento do Resolve Palmas
As unidades do Resolve Palmas, localizadas na Avenida JK, Quadra ACSE 1 (104 Sul), Conjunto 01, n° 120, e Taquaralto, localizada na Quadra 31, Rua 11, lotes 1 – 18, região Sul, têm o horário de funcionamento de segunda a sexta-feira, das 8h às 18h. Outro ponto de atendimento é a unidade do Capim Dourado Shopping, localizada na Quadra Arno 13 (107 Norte), Lote 1, s/n, que funciona de segunda a sexta-feira, nos horários das 12h às 18h.
